Do i need to make an appointment?
We do not take appointments. No prior appointment is needed. We understand that you keep a tight schedule. Simply drop by any of our outlets at your convenience, purchase your preferred skin service treatment ticket BEFORE your treatment and kindly wait for your turn. First come first served, queue basis.
what if i am pregnant/lactating?
Kindly note that we are unable to perform treatments during pregnancy or lactation. We recommend treatments to be done after pregnancy/ lactation and completing 2 cycles of menstruation.

Do i need to shave before visiting smoovee skin?
We do not encourage you to shave in between your treatment sessions so as to avoid any possibility of ingrown hair concerns. However, you can have the option of shaving before coming for our treatments at the comfort of your home. Shaving before coming for your treatment sessions are not necessary as our therapists will shave for you before the treatment begins. Shaving services are free. Kindly note sun exposure should be avoided during the month before the treatment because it may result in blistering, pigmentation conditions, or scarring.
DO I HAVE TO PREPARE ANYTHING BEFORE THE TREATMENT?
It is strongly recommended not to wax, pluck or epilate unwanted hair 3 weeks before your first treatment session and in between treatment sessions. This is because our E Light Technology requires the hair root to be intact for the treatment to be effective.
HOW MANY SESSIONS IS NEEDED TO SEE RESULTS?
The number of sessions varies from every individual as everyone possesses different skin, hair and hormone related concerns. Generally, you will notice a significantly slower rate of hair growth after the 3rd - 4th session.
i have never done hair removal before, are your treatments safe?
Rest assured, our treatments are highly safe, effective and pain-free. Our therapists are highly skilful where they are professionally trained on how to operate our equipments and cater to every customer's individual needs. If you have any prior concerns, kindly inform our therapists and they will assist you.
is after care required after the treatment?
You will be able to return to your daily activities after treatment. However, kindly avoid sun tanning, saunas and exfoliating treatment areas. If you have done our skin treatments, do remember to apply sunscreen.
How do you charge for your treatment areas?

Kindly note as every individual skin, hair and hormone are different, the treatments needed will vary. Rest assured, our therapists will analyse your skin concern and recommend you the suggested treatment.
How long does your treatment take?
What is the treatment procedure?
The treatment procedure is subjected to the treatment probe of the device. Our therapists will first apply our specially formulated gel before utilizing our Diode Hair Removal device or Super E Light technology which emits the light beam onto the skin creating gliding motions to the treatment area gently.

Here at Smoovee Skin, we utilise a self-payment POS machine where it only accepts cashless payment. The cashless payment includes: Nets, Nets @ Flashpay, Nets QR, Dash, Grab Pay, Paynow, Shopee Pay, Union Pay, WeChat Pay.
why are you priced so affordably?
Smoovee Skin believes in keeping the cost of services at a minimum while ensuring quality of our services and products. With affordable pricing, we are able to cater to the wider audience. We do not believe in package selling and we allow customers to pay per session.
are there any hidden costs?
Our treatments at Smoovee Skin are pay per visit. No Package! Our price is transparent and there are no other hidden costs involved. All payments are made at our self ticketing payment kiosk before the session.
